Domino message tracking not working
Hi
I am having issues with the tracking centre in Domino, it seems what ever I search nothing is found. Even when I search emails that I know have been sent
The Lotus domino I am using is 8.5.3
Having looked at the mail tracking data the last entry I have is last September
Would this have anything to do with it
I am in desperate need for this facility as I can't keep looking through the log files individually

Hi all,
Yesterday I had vmserver suddenly shutdown. Inside that VM I got 2 domino server which running under Windows Server 2012 R2, already recovered yesterday. And this morning I came to office got this kind or message at console. database file vpuser.nsf
anybody know what is this?

How to move IBM Notes 9 Social Edition to a new pc?
I just bought a new laptop. I want to move all my IBM Notes 9 Social Edition info to a new laptop. I have a stand-alone version (no Domino server) and I use eProductivity functionality.
Old laptop: Windows 8, 64 bites
New laptop: Windows 10, 64 bits
1. What are the steps to move to the new laptop?
2. Which files do I need to copy to where?
I cant seem to find any documentation on this.

Domino Directory
Hi All,
In my office got 3 Domino server CBS, IBMi and Dewansite. For CBS and dewansite both can see each other directory including IBMi. But IBMi only can see Dewansite directory as shown on the image below.
there's still missing CBS directory on IBMi domino. How to solve this without restarting the domino server?

Vault password changed but user still login with old password using old ID
Hi
A user has changed his password on the client of PC1 and he has done the synchronization with vault the operation was successful.
But when he tries to connect his PC2 the old password still work so long as he has not used the new password!
So if a person owns his old ID that person will still be able to connect with the old password. Who to fix the problem please?
On the server side the configuration is as follows:
- Check password on Notes IDs is enabled
- In the configuration of the user document "Check password is Check password"
But it seems that it does not work.

Lotus Notes Username issue
Hi, I wish to set up 3 generic logins for our intern / freelance users.
I only want to enter Freelance / Intern in the First Name box and then register the email address, so that they can at least have access to email.
I have tried various options, but it looks like I need at least a single character in the Last Name box.
Does anyone know if what I am trying to do is possible?

Notes 9 Slide In Summary Cut Off
Running IBM Notes 9.0.1 FP6 and my Slide In Summary window started to only display the number new emails but it no longer displays the email subjects. This defeats the purpose as I now have to expand the slide in summary to see the email subject. It used to work fine. Another person in my office is having the same issue. Others who are on FP6 don't have any issue. Any ideas?

Creating a Resource Database to book out equipment
Hello, At my company we are able to 'borrow' bikes, surfboards , BBQ's etc :0)
My HR department wish to create a resources booking form, calendar on Lotus, so I thought I could use the R&R template. However users are not allowed or don't seem to have the ability to book out from the application.
Is it
1) Possible to do this
2) If so can they book multiple resources at the same time, ie a bike, helmet and cycle lock. ( Or do I make these a single resource?)
3) If what I have done is correct, why can't they book?

Once done the configuration crash and generate notes.rip which is the error log files. Need help to inter prate the error.Attached is the rip files and the pix of the configuration via lotus domino administrator.

mail auto move to trash
Hi All,
I have one user currently facing a problem which her mail will automatically move to trash folder and deleted after sometime. I checked on the user mail rule, seems no rule are created, but the mail keep on going to trash. Is this related to databases or inbox corrupted?
*For trash auto delete I already configure to 120 hours which is 5 days.

Lotus notes freezing Intermittently
Hey guys
go easy on me here, i have a new client that is running an ibm domino server i believe version 9, users are reporting intermittent freezing/hanging such as when moving emails, replying, the software will just hang for 15-20 seconds, i have confirmed network is not dropping between pc's and server, but unsure where to start to narrow down the root cause as i have never supported this before
its running on server 2008 r2 standard

Lotus Notes 9.0.1 upgrade installer freezes
I've seen this problem since we started using 9.0.1. When trying to upgrade a client, the installer will become unresponsive. Looking at Task Manager, I will see 3 instances of the Windows Installer. I have left this for up to a half hour so I'm fairly certain this is not just me being impatient.
We are running Windows 7 64, min 8 GB memory. Going from 9,0,1 FP6 to FP8 or FP9.
Any help would be appreciated.

Im trying to get a program that will allow me to be able to view PRZ files, the files in question are from 1997 and the only program I can find in relation to these files are Lotus Freelance Graphics which I can't find a download for.

HTML formatting lost after auto-forward rule is triggered
Hello,
I have a mailbox on a Domino 9.0.1FPS6 server (now upgraded from 9.0.1FP1).
I set up a rule for my maiblox (using iNotes client) to forward all mails to an external address. The rule looks like "WHEN All documents THEN send full copy to external@mail.address AND set expire date to 90 Day(s)"
But when I receive the forwarded e-mail in the external mailbox, it arrives as text-only. When I check the same message in the Notes mailbox, it has its html formatting.
Without the proper formatting, most of the e-mails are unreadable / not useful to our employees. The problem also occurred on our previous FP1 server.
My Lotus Notes mailbox also has an internet address (external address). If the original message is sent to my internet address, then formatting arrives properly to the outside mailbox. If the original message is sent to my internal...
