error while sending mail to some domain

I have the following error messgage is getting while sending mail to some domain . 

Error transferring to XXX.com.inbound15.mxlogic.net; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 554 Transaction failed

Please help me to troubleshoot the same
