we have a user whose emails disappear after switching folders in lotus notes. We tried both on xp and 7 machines with Lotus notes 8.5.3, latest FP.
example: he logs in to notes, it shows 50 emails in his inbox, he clicks on Send folder, then goes back to inbox, there is showing only 4 emails.
After recreating his notes profile, the issue is temporary resolved, but after a few days, the issue comes back.
We have tried the following.
--> tried user on different computers
-->setup user with a new LN id
--> reinstalled LN
any suggestions will be appreciated.
