How do I move a Domino Server to a new Hardware

I have a Domino 8.5.3 FP3 Server with Sametime Entry and Traveler 8.5.3 installed on a Windows Server 2003 (32 bit). Now I would like to move the complete installation to a Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 bit).

How do I have to do this?

We found a IBM technote to move the Domino Server. But what happens to the Sametime and traveler installation? And what`s up with the 32 bit vs. 64 bit issue?
