We are using Domino 8.5.3 FP6. Most of the users are Local Lotus Notes but Remote Sales staff uses iNotes webmail system.
In security policy We have set following,
- Allow Users to Change Internet Password over HTTP: YES
ISSUE#
When LN base user Login via webmail and try to change his password, I see error in Domino Log that
Server mailsrv01/xyz reported the following problem causing authentication to fail: Wrong Password. (Passwords are case sensitive - be sure to use correct upper and lower case.)
This is for sure that they enter correct password in OLD, and then enter new passwords 2 times, but still password is not changed and above error on domino server console appears.Howto troubleshoot this error?
