So let me start by saying I have no experience with Lotus/IBM Notes so I just want to apologise If nothing I say makes sense but I'll try to keep it ELI5 and just say what I see.
We have backups failing on one .NSF file on a legacy server that a client used to use and keeps around for some vague purpose.
I was advised that I need to find the mailbox in Domino Administrator and there should be a Mail folder located in Data and from there I can run a FIXUP command against the mailbox in question. However, as per the screenshot, that Mail directory is missing.
Does anybody know of the reason why?
It's my understanding that the screenshot attached should be a representation of the folder structure on the server. But when I navigate to H:\Lotus\Domino\Data in Windows Explorer I can see that there is a Mail directory there and that it contains...
