Lotus Domino Server Service not starting

Hi,

I have domino installed on one of my test environments and after a restart of the server the service "lotus domino server" is not starting

I have managed to get the mail flowing through the nserver.exe

But I need access to the Lotus Domino Console

I have tried to recreate the service, no success

I have tried many reboots no success

I have tried different versions of recreating the service - no success

Has anybody got any ideas

The windows logs is showing this error

The Lotus Domino Server service terminated with the following service-specific error:
%%421

The recreation of the service was

C:\Lotus\Dominosc create "Lotus Domino Server" binPath= "C:\Lotus\Domino\nservice.exe =c:\Lotus\Domino\notes.ini -jc -c"

I have also tried the service without the -jc -c

Still no joy
