We have a CRM database on Domino that's close to reaching it's 64gb file size limit. The DB is set to archive anything older than 3 years.
It contains thousands of email correspondence, meeting reports, telephone reports, etc.
The DB is not DAOS enabled, will investigate that in the near future.
Is there any way to analyse this DB and see what exactly is using up all the space?
For example, in an ideal world, I'd like to see how much is taken up by jpg's, pdf's etc.
I'm of the opinion that email signatures (images) are responsible for a large portion of this.
Any ideas or tips?
