I have a user who has just changed his name (prefers to be called something else) - This has been done in Lotus Notes (Change Common Name Wizard) but now his emails come through in batch when our scheduled tasks run.
I have tried to deactivate and reinstall Lotus Notes Traveler and upon first time sync it brings all the mail through but it will not then sync new mail. The mobile application has been updated through the Play Store and looks to be sync'd - but nothing happens.
Can anybody shed any light on this?
I believe we are using Lotus Notes 8.5.2.
