We have a group called 'All Staff' which, naturally, sends and email to all our staff. Our communications officer wants to work out how many emails were sent to that group over a few months.
I got her to do a search on 'All Documents' in her mail database (she keeps all emails) specifically looking at the recipient field for the entry 'All Staff'. This only returns emails that she has sent out, not ones that she has received. I double checked what was in the 'recipient' field of the ones she received, and it shows as 'All Staff'.
Why does this search only show up email she sent (if I run it on my own mail it only returns emails I sent)? And/or how do I search for all emails sent to that group?
